Lest we forget; any person, at any time can (as many have in the past) allege an unlawful act whether there is any validity to it at all.
Even when the alleged act is impossible, e.g. don't laugh: the accused was dead prior to the alleged incident, the accused was physically incapable, the accused wasn't even on the same continent at the time of the act. Except in the first case, it doesn't always stop you from taking the ride.(False police reports especially those related to child custody cases waste more tax payer's money than even vice does).
