The subject of pimps and agencies seems to be on the minds of many. I worked for a agencies in Dallas and Denver in my earlier days. When I moved here over a year and a half ago, I did some shopping and didn't find any worth my time or effort. The fees were high ($80-100) and NOT justifiable so, decided against that route.

TAE (Michael) = $80 (#1 choice however, we did not see eye to eye on a few details)
CUTE (Neko) = $100
HUSH (Marley) = $80
NAUGHTYGURLZ (Krissy) = $80
MINT (Marco the pimp) = $60
WILDFLOWERS (max) = $80ish and BBFS with max, that's right!

I also did some research in a str8 booking service like Roxanne and Little Black Book.
Both were like $40ish per call and seem great to work with especially Roxanne. A girl that booked for me in Dallas was $30 per call and was very professional, on top of her game. Only prob, she likes to stay in her own back yard. Trying to get her to book in Austin.

I decided to go the independent route instead but was met with a few challenges. Some of which were a suitable incall, scheduling my appointments when in session, being expected to return calls or txt within minutes with some gentlemen is stressful, the price hagglers, time-wasters, clients pushing for items off the menu and expecting them to be free of course since I am independent.

Overall I enjoy the fact that I get to keep 100% (well, kinda) of what I earn. I am a BIG advocate in being independent but girls, don't be so naive... Something to consider and worth noting...

I got the constant "go indy it's better for business" BS speech. A lot of naive girls fall for this and get brainwashed into accepting less than is paid at most agencies which I think is complete BS, you should be insulted. So ladies although you claim to be independent, if you are not getting the "market value", you are not exactly independent..

The clients become your pimps taking their "indy discount" ($60-100 of your money) on each call. So $300 easily becomes $220 and you are still left doing all the work: talking on the phone, scheduling, setup and cost of incalls, ect. Comes out to $180 per call at best.

Not all cases and be realistic but, there are several in Austin that are WAAAY below the market value. Ask your self this, are the agency girls really that much hotter or provide better service than you? probably not, If you are young (18-25) attractive and in good shape and are getting less than $300 then you pretty girl, are working with PIMPS!

It's really not difficult to screen ECCIE guys. It is quite frustrating when you miss a call b/c you are already with someone.


So here is my question. Why is it expected for Agency owners to provide and incall on top of advertising dollars and the endless work? What is the ladies overhead? I suppose paying the booker but that is a given. I ask b/c it seems like having an incall for several women seems very indiscreet. Many agencies get busted that way. I provided for an agency once (literally) when I first started. It wasn't my cup of tea and as nice as the incall was I had a bad feeling every time I went there. I preferred to have my own place but that was a no go so I quit.

I ask because I used to do bookings for an agency owner back before I ever provided in the day and she had her ladies get their own place. They didn't have to worry about double bookings, too much traffic (if I were a client I would be hesitant to go to a high traffic incall), or being locked down to one location if something went awry.

Actually it was all light fun and games until "she" started trash-talking all of Marco's former clients. I don't care what most providers charge, I usually only patronize $$$/hr ladies anyway.

And with a few exceptions (like Marley's agency, who's always treated her women well) I dislike giving business to agencies, not because they charge more but because I'd prefer the donation goes to the person doing the service. Plus the agency owners tend to get psycho and do things like make half a dozen posting accounts for no apparent reason.

You are correct "having an incall for several women seems very indiscreet" which is why despite a few benefits with agencies I prefer and encourage everyone to be independent and keep 100%. As for "why should the agency always provide the incall" one good reason is the high fees, if the provider has her own location then agencies should STOP being greedy and charge a modest booking fee $20-30 bucks

Also, agencies should not expect anyone to be exclusive. If providers want to do both and be independent too, they should be afforded that luxury.

Codybeast, if this is really true then I challenge you, POST THE FACTS!, who has he outed? That is the intention of this thread to unmask the ugly side of pimps and agencies.
