The old saying "boys are from Mars, girls are from Venus", I have encounter a difference in communication between clients and providers.... Yes I am from the lesser species, and I say one thing and is taken opposite of my meaning, and thus things turn out to a missunderstanding between the parties..... Its reminds me of a marriage between clients and providers on how men and women interact! This words are for all of us that miscommunicate and thus never meet!

So true! I recall a thread you once wrote about me on ASPD called the "Elusive 'E' in GFE" citing i was a great experience. Sad we haven't visited in years. Must be my terrible TCB. You were a rad friend.

Anyway, Tmaxgarcia is a very generous must see for women of diversified demographics. He's a true gent. I wouldn't waste my time on this thread if he wasn't a nice person. I see through a lot of people, but tmaxgarcia is very real and not the type to hurt or backstab.

On a serious note, your thread, Mr. tmaxgarcia, got me to thinking (removing joke/jab at myself for "thinking" comment & remaining serious:-) about a common issue in today's "techno" driven society. While miscommunication between men and women are always going to happen as long as each sex continues to draw breath, misunderstandings between the two are only exacerbated by the fact we live in a world where text messages and emails have become the standard form of communication and the human element of voice inflection, eye contact, body language, etc. have been effectively removed from the equation. Since the written word is open to the interpretation of the person reading it, I find myself "prefacing" a lot of my comments or ensuring I add a "lol" or smiley face in an effort to avoid a misunderstanding due to my rather "smarty-pants" sense of humor. How can one inflect "tone" through messaging? Why you add one of your favorite emoticons for good measure... They were invented for smart-asses, like myself.

I would follow Nikki's advice, shrug my shoulders and move forward....everything happens for a reason, even if we don't understand it at the time. Have fun and !!!

People that come from Uranus are kind of crappy.

Back on topic... I joke around A LOT. Probably too much. This tends to land me in hot water from time to time. Most people don't know that I'm kidding when I poke fun of them. I tend to not post half the stuff that crosses my mind, because at times it is too mean. I guess I'm an a-hole. Probably from Uranus.

So as everyone said, don't sweat it. We all love eachother here (some of us more than others, he he).
