Hamilton carries more baggage and requires an accountability buddy, aka a baby sitter. Trade him for King Felix, or anyone else.

I'm tired of watching Kinsler pop up and pop off--takes a real genius to get tossed in the first inning of a game like he did a few nights back. And don't get me started on the manager....

So...we get a starting pitcher before the deadline, and we still have three guys playing well offensively--Elvis, Beltre and Gentry. Don't know if a stud pitcher is available, or enough.

Have the Angels made the move that vaults them over the Rangers come Aug / Sept? The addition of Greinke could be huge (especially with the "going through the motions" type play we're getting from so many key players right now.)
You don't want to be a Wild Card team and get caught in that One Game Playoff crap. I'm not in favor of emptying the farm system to get a rent-a-player to keep us in the divisonal lead but it would be good for the Rangers to do something (esp if Hamilton can't pull his head outa his a**......Good God, he looks lost at the plate right now....)

I don't really like any of the other starting pitchers out there, so I say just trade for some bats, a utility player, perhaps a pinch runner, and a lefty specialist.

Alfonso Soriano, Morneau, Figgins, and Glen Perkins please.
