I was not concerned about her ending up in jail because although you may not know it, I know that I'm not LE. Soooo... knowing that I'm not going to arrest her, you're right, I'm not concerned that she might end up in jail, because I know it's not going to happen. Jeeesh.

I bet if you were to go back to provider "A"...to see her...
..expect she will ask for screening info from you again regardless who the provider is that is going to vouch for you..because if you gave that info to provider "B" (supposedly)
you wont have any problem showing it to provider "A"

Why would I ever go back to provider "A" ???? Makes no sense.

Isn't this true with all aspects of what we are doing? You can limit your exposure to LE, health risks, robbery, or anything else that could potentially happen. Just as Lex has heard of experiences of providers getting busted, I have heard of hobbiest getting busted.
I now do as much as I can to limit my exposure and look at the hobby as nothing more than getting my rocks off.

Most of the men here have supported both sides of the argument, respecting the woman's right to do what she needs to do and respecting the man's right to do what he needs to do. It's a shame that some of the women here can't be as fair. If you don't subscribe to their way of thinking, you don't deserve to live...lol.

ms elizabeth, for arguments sake, it seems to me that it would be much easier to fake some web pages than a passport. A passport, while certainly possible, would be a challenge. Any 12 year old with a laptop could fake a work history online. Or is everything online true?

While that may certainly be true in some cases, it seems to me that a person willing to give up their work information may be willing to do so simply because they don't have much to lose. Actually, I came out drained and smiling. The young lady is a very well reviewed verified provider here. While she only has about half as many reviews as you do (less active is a good thing from my perspective) all of them are positive, as are yours. However, I noticed that you both have been reviewed by some of the same hobbyists. Soooo.. "Omfg should i get myself checked!!" would also apply to you and everyone you've "screened". Apparently, this "screening" isn't as foolproof as you thought. And no, I won't identify her so you can get your claws into her....lol.

Trust. Here's something we can agree on. However, I always thought that in order for trust to have value in a relationship, it had to go BOTH ways. You want the man to trust YOU with his work information while the only way you'll trust him is if you have his nuts in a vise.... ouchie!

How often do we hear of newbies have difficulties providing references and screening information while still protecting their private lives and identities?

I'm of the philosophy that you trust no one! Unfortunately, this hobby requires a leap of faith to enter this little world. Choose that person with the utmost caution and make sure she is sane! (not kidding there)

If I could offer a small tip to the new guys entering the hobby that yields tremendous results; come here, learn the board, be nice and respectful. Not that hard (for most haha) and you don't have to divulge any personal info. Allow the women to become comfortable with your persona. That's what they are looking for when they screen and allow you into their homes. They want the security they you are who you say you are, not violent or rough, and hygienic When the ladies feel they know you through the board, it goes a long way.

I could tell you just from posting on this board and through the occasional pm, I've been fortunate to see women who were not accepting new clients and UTRs let alone the ones looking for clients. Often my references went unchecked or were not even required.

OK..Lets say that your new to the hobby. After awile you've managed to see two or three ladies and gotten promises from them to vouch for you.
Now you think your problems are over, RIGHT?
WRONG!!
Now your going to discover that some ladies don't like to give ok's to other providers.
Some are very good when it comes to answering questions from other providers, others are not. Maybe they don't want to take the time,maybe they are unfamiliar with the provider, or maybe they dont want to share.Kind of a Why should I take bread off my table and put it on hers?
Also, these ladies have to deal with an incredible amount of bogus phone calls,pm's,and text messages. After awile they develop a kind of built in spam filter to weed out the bullshit. A request could get lost in the cracks.
Do yourself a favor and join P411.A provider can quickly see how many ok's you have,when you got them, and who gave them.Saves everyone involved time,effort and headaches

first I had to find the right bars and restaurants. Then learn my place in the pecking order. (Shit like this was not on the web.) Then watch and learn.

truth be told, first time with Hunter its was ahhh so so just ok. 3rd time she came back to this before I was on her. ATF never was hot. But was always Hot to trot. So I never got to see her much. That is till she left, then came back. The last errr 1st in the current mix was not easy at all.

That is the best advice for any newbie, i think i was on here for 6 months before i took the plunge. But i came on here almost everyday to see what was going on, and damn look at me know 25 reviews and my pocket is lighter!!! But boy the fun ive had in doing it and ive met so many new people makes it well worth it!!!

Next best advise I could give them is if you dont know ask the question, no question is a stupid question they are all good. Look at it this way if you have the question so do 50 other peolpe!!! Ask away and happy Hunting!!

This newbie would appreciate it if a couple of you would expand upon exactly how P411 works. I did look at the website. Pros and Cons? Any opinions from knowledgable folks would be appreciated. It sounds like even if you join you're still not "in" because you still don't have any references?

Just punch it in on your PC and it will take you to site.
It will explain it much better than i ever could.
Basically you will have to give info.to prove you are who you claim you are.Once they verify you theres a yearly fee.

A verified provider can look and see that the site ok'd your info.
You still won't have any references but at least they can see the site ok'd you.
As you gradually see more providers you ask them to give you their ok, same as a reference on the site.
Theres no easy way to get a ton of references when you first start out but this should make it easier.
