The bottom line is that liberals require identification to get access to anything they think is important. Where they part company with us is that they don’t think preventing voter fraud is important. On the contrary, they are in favor of it. In that sense, their conduct is perfectly consistent. |
Our voting system is essentialy based on an honor code. Anyone can register to vote without proof of citizenship. An illegal alien, who cant' speak a work of English, can register to vote, with nothing more than his statement that he's a citizen. I wonder how many do.
