Very big difference depending on what part of the state you visit. Generally everything in NYC, Long Island and the lower Hudson Valley are more expensive than what you will find in the rest of the state. This includes hotels, hamburgers, and hookers.
The upstate cities (Albany, Syracuse, Rochester, and Buffalo) have a few nice areas, but generally can be considered rust belt.

That is the worst description of upstate NY I have ever seen. Albany has never been a large industrial center and therefore cannot be a rust belt leftover. Pittsburgh, Cincy, Detroit are rust belt. Albany has always been a government, banking and trade center and that does not rust. Upstate is cleaner, slower, cheaper and much more friendly than NYC. Upstate has a lot to offer but is not and never will be the excitement, pace or crazyiness of NYC. Depends what you are looking for. If you are looking for gentlemen who appreciate a fine lady and are generous with them, you will find some in each of the upstate areas.

Okay, I'll give you Albany. but sorry, the rest of upstate is part of the rust belt. Move the starting line over a couple of miles to Schenectady and it goes all the way west to Buffalo. Every city is in decline....Schenectady, Amsterdam, Herkimer, Utica, Syracuse, Auburn, Rochester, Buffalo....Where am I forgetting.......15 miles down the Erie Canal

Upstate ny hummm....
In NYcity if you have a heart attack they will step over you
In Albany they will stop and talk to you but only because they have government jobs and time to kill
In Detroit they will step on you
In Rochester they will bend over you and take your wallet
In Buffalo we'll ignore you because were in a hurry to see our favorite provider, but were nice enough to call 911 for you on the way.

To represent the downstate contingent, I would suggest beginning your tour in NYC. Midtown Manhattan generally works best because it's convenient to most through public transportation. Hotels are pricey but are usually met with rate increases. Then make your way north to White Plains, NY or Stamford, CT for a stop. Continue north for stop in Fishkill or Poughkeepsie. Bestgfe is bit more popular for these cities. After that it's Albany and the I-90 corridor (sorry Southern Tier.) Good luck and safe travels.

Agree with Vern. Best thing upstate has going for it is the people. And we have the Seneca
Niagara Casino, Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Bisons.
Albany is nice but don't ever let someone give you CPR while there.Their all politicians, and you never know where their lips have been. ... Just a joke Albany

Hello All And Thank You So Much
Hello
Thank you for all the encouraging and informative
thoughts from everyone who responded to my post on here
You all have been very sweet and helpful.
Aahh .... Dont worry no one scared me off, if anything
I'm more excited about my
trip there now. The gentleman from upstate
seem to have a great personality and good sence of humor
kinda like me , lol.
I posted in the regular posting area
but I'll post it here so the gentleman here can read it also
My trip is planned and my friend dayna also from Cincinnati Ohio
is traveling with me, we offer fantastic duo visits so if you would
like a duo with two down to earth sensual spicy ladies
please contact me for rates, we would love to visit with you.
I have had some good response from my post and I'm very thankful for that
However I would really like to have the opportunity to visit
with a few more gentleman while I'm there
I know since this is my first trip there no one knows me
and I'm hoping to change that and make Upstate New York
a regular visit
Again thank you all so much
Long soft kisses
Karla
