Roger Clemens Not Guilty on All Six Count
Congrats! Roger and his, I’m sure good buddy, Rusty Hardin put the sleaze bag, pontificating Senate and the sycophant DA in check.
I believe he was doping, but it was no business of the United States Senate’s. There is a little justice from the oligarchs and our bought politicos after all.

+1 This whole episode has been one of waste, fraud and abuse as the Senate misspent taxpayer money.

Roger Clements beat this rap because he stuck by one basic priciple. Never admitt to anything. Never.
I wonder how Andy Petite feels about now?

This whole thing started FIVE fucking years ago when Bush should have been paying attention to finding OBL and finding ways to pay for his 6 trillion dollar illegal, immoral and totally unnecessary Iraq War.

He is being interrogated by a sleaze bag Representative named Darrell Issa who was charged with carjacking, car theft, arson, insurance fraud and using a fucking gun to intimidate another citizen he was trying to collect money from.
Issa is not fit to be in Congress, let alone chair a House Committee or judge Eric Holder and by the way, neither are YOU even mentally fit to evaluate Holder's culpability in anything, you partisan hack!

Eric Holder is the most incompetent Attorney General in US history. He makes Janet Reno look like a fucking genius.
BTW, stop trying to blame Bush for the investigation. The investigation was started by Congress (controlled by Demo-rats) when they were once again wasting taxpayer dollars by investigating PEDs in sports. Who gives a damn if Roger Clemens or any other player was juiced? When whiney little Henry Waxman felt like he was lied to, he ran as quick as he could to Eric Holder's DOJ in order to get a criminal investigation underway. This case was also filled with dubious behavior at the hands of the DOJ who could have very well been bitch slapped for prosecutorial misconduct.
Case should never have been brought, but Holder is a moron. Hell, this fucker is now 0-2 in major cases just this past month. But, hey, I hope he sticks around because all he does is make Obama weaker and weaker for every day Holder stays on the job.

Like I said in another thread...we all seem to pick and choose just what law(s) we want the DA's to prosecute.
Political animals, all.

Exactly, this isn't a left side of the isle vs the right side of the isle thing. This is about whether congress has the right to conduct an investigation about something that is NOT ILLEGAL and that is none of their business. I take HGH. No one's come by my house to arrest me.
Congress just wanted to get their names in their names in the paper and their faces on TV. They found out they messed with the wrong man. I figured it would backfire on them when they started all this. Clemens is an American icon.

Well that and Rusty Hardin. He even got that bitch Victoria Osteen off.
Andy Petite should feel like what he is: an over paid baseball player who can't stay healthy that turned his tail and ran back to NYC when the good people of Houston didn't fall all over him, and a traitor.

What makes the Roger Clemens perjury case so ironic is that the current AG, Eric Holder has obviously perjured himself in his Fast and Furious testimony. Holder's perjury is in a matter of life and death and there is zero chance that he will ever face criminal charges the way Clemens did. It's sickening.

See you are picking and choosing which crimes you want the government to enforce.
We all do it.
It is called politics.
Shirly there are more that understand this simple fact?

@ COG - Okay, you caught your error and corrected your spelling of "Shirley". WTF, "Shirly" is not a common way to spell either "Shirley" or "surely".
