Eric Holder is refusing to appoint a special prosecutor with any authority. The puppets he's appointed report to . . . guess who? That's right, Eric Holder. This man needs to resign, get a lawyer, settle his affairs and get ready for many years at a country club federal prison.

When George Tenet went to AG John Ashcroft about his concerns over Valerie Plame's so called outing, a special prosecutor was appointed. These leaks are far more serious than Valerie Plame's "outing". The precedent has been set. The Democrats are on record demanding a special prosecutor over the Valerie Plame case. The hypocracy is amazing.

So far the Republicans have been deft at managing this to their advantage. Hope that continues.

I am on the fence regarding a special prosecutor. It would take alot of issues off the table for the Republicans. Once the SP steps in, everything goes silent until he issues his report which could be well after the election.
