....a new field added to the review template that says something like "How did you learn of this Provider?"

I don't recall exactly how it was worded on ASPD, but there was something similar there. It could really help when the reviewer did not put in very good contact info or describe how he found this person. Then you at least knew if she was on e.com, or a board member, etc.

I just checked with TBone and he is of the opinion that, if we insist on adequate contact information, this item should not be necessary.

Yup, I am on board with that. And have noticed you guys doing a good job with that. I think it would still be good to have once in awhile, but I definitely cannot complain. Thanks!!

I think it would be good also to have where from. And yes the mods are doing good with review needs contact info. I think part of the reason not to have a where from is to not list other boards in review. And so contact info is a must
