Sasha, I owe you an apology. I was accusing you of the same thing that I was doing myself. In other words I was making comments about a situation that I knew nothing about.
It is natural to be curious about rates especially when they are extremely low,or high.As long as people respect each others choices there is nothing wrong with asking why.
PS I like your site.You did a real nice job with it.
