Miss Guinevere, I'm certainly glad to hear that you've recovered and are feeling better.

With regard to your messages. You don't have to delete them, if you don't want to. (although safety issues should be of some concern). But you do have the option of saving your messages in a couple of different formats. It's really pretty easy to do.

Open up your Private Message window.

Down at the bottom of your private message screen you'll see the following;

Download all private messages as:
XML/CSV/TEXT

These are the three options available. Choose how you wish to save them, (I opt for Text) and click your selection. It automatically downloads them to wherever you chose to save it. You can then delete the messages from your message mailbox and you still have a copy for yourself.

Thank you sooo much... for BOTH suggestions... I have managed to do a bit of both today... and just to let everyone know... that while I may not be the best...Lol... at figuring out different software program... I go to the EXTREME when it comes to protecting myself... and my clients...
