hobbyist screening
I have quickly learned the value of the board, verified providers and good reviews.
When venturing outside the known, it's becoming clear I should be doing more screening of my own to ensure a good time.
I can't say to an unknown provider on the phone "DFK, DATY, GFE or not interested". How to be delicate, not explicit and still get the info?
Hobbyists, how do you handle this? Meet in person and set/get the ground rules?
Providers, how would like this to be handled? Granted if you're here and posting, you're not the problem.
Just looking for ideas of coping in the Binghamton wastelands.
