They might but may not be telling us the results. There is somewhere between 800 to 1000 active providers in DFW. People who post ISOs often get a lot of PM's to choose from as well as recommendations from other hobbyists.
So we don't know unless we see a corresponding review pop up and can associate it with that ISO. Maybe they found the search button.... nah. But your assumption may be correct that a certain percentage never pull the trigger. Maybe someone who has posted an ISO and not pulled the trigger can enlighten us with their reason. I am sure there are lots of reasons why.
