I hope you're the sole owner of the company. If I found out that one of my employees had arranged a bonus like this I'd have them escorted from the office and throw their shit on the street.
That being said, if you're the only one with access to your financial records, have no intention of trying to pass this off to the IRS as a "business expense", the employee is trustowrthy and wuld never rat you out to a competitor, your wife, gf, etc...and the business and social groups you encounter wouldn't be offended by such a "bonus" then go for it. Too many variables for me. Good luck!

Why not get him a P411 account. You can vouch for his employment and identity. He can choose from providers who accept newbies. Done.

Sexual harassment laws are fairly broad, I would be very careful here. Is there a reason you think he needs or wants you generous offer? If for some reason you part ways on bad terms, you could have a major problem! You could always have a friend of his (that does not work for you) give it to him on your behalf in a personal setting.
Addition: Hears an idea, take him to a titty bar, have a provider show up, flirt with him, and take him home for a couple of hours. As long as you dont say anything he will never know, he was just in the right place at the right time.

Why the hell would you want to give an employee the leverage to fuck you over later if you guys ever don't see eye to eye? This sounds like an awful idea to me, particularly after the comment of not wanting your wife/VP to know.

And you are being polite. It's even frightening that there are those who would think this is a good idea.

Didn't they do that in the Bucket List? You know, minus the strip club. My biggest concern would be the issue if that they can screw you over with this. But then again, you know him better than us and believe it or not most people are not vendictive bastards they just make the news the most.
As for my advice on making this happen: How does he feel about asians? I did the same thing for a friend's Bday but we went to Cleo. Now he sends me texts every once in a while claiming he wished he had some spare cash.

I was wondering when someone was going to suggest that this is a bad idea in a long list of bad ideas. Why in the world would you wish to DO this?
Sounds "fun" perhaps at the onset of mentioning it but following through?
Yicks. Not sure that I would be interested in participating if you asked. Not that you're asking. But I wouldn't wish to be caught in the middle of something like THAT!
Good luck anyway!

EW, It did take longer than I expected for someone to get their head out of their proverbial ass or at least the clouds.
I think the downsides to this far exceed the positives. Give the guy a nice cash bonus and let him decide how to spend it.
(Of course, we could be all off base here, and the bonus is cuz this employee didn't rat out the OP when he discovered the OP's wandering ways.)

Thanks ! I sincerely appreciate every comment made herein.
I will give him the cash bonus and not say anything more. Perfect. No harm, no foul.
This is EXACTLY why I posted this on eccie. All of you provided the most thoughtful and insightful persepctives which, in the long run, will result in less headache for all involved....

Glad you saw the light, and since I saved you untold thousands of dollars in legal costs, you can reward ME with a free session and provider of my choice .

If you really want to get him some fun, but have much less risk of something bad happening to you, take him to a strip club where extras are a plenty. After all, you just bought him some lap dances in VIP, nothing illegal about that.

This sounds like something you might hear about on 60 minutes or some
such program after the guy sews you, maybe claiming you
set him up on a date and later he found out she was a provider.
Only sounds good for a movie plot.
Wouldn't even do the strip club option, still sounds risky.
Just give him the money as a bonus.
