Really?
You think ECCIE is going to somehow spend money protecting your back if one of those things you mention happens?
ECCIE is here to share information. IF you find a site that is doing what you claim, you need to take steps to protect your self and not rely on others.
As for the original topic which is the standard template for the software, good luck with that.

Claiming a site owns member submitted information is hilarious at best and what ECCIE can do is point and ban members who get caught sharing certain portions but even that is difficult.
As nice as it would be if they could, there is really no way ECCIE can do anything about someone harvesting the entire site and uploading it to another server.
Hell, when ASPD was getting ready to shut down in December 2009, ECCIE rewarded members for copying threads and reviews that were also under the claimed "copyright protection" of ASPD.
