Private Incall??

I've been tossing around the idea of getting myself my very own private incall but I'm not sure if I should or not. Maybe you guys can help me decide!

My first question is does it really make a difference to you if she works out of a hotel or a private "residence"?

My next question deals with location..... Where should said incall be? Most convenient, not to mention less expensive, for me would be on the Northshore but would you NOLA dawgs cross the lake for little ol' me?

Ladies... Have you found having your own incall is better then working out of a hotel or do you think it's more hassle then it's worth?

I have seen ladies in both their own private incalls and in hotels. I do not know which I prefer. I like the feeling of not worrying if I mess up the room in a hotel or the towels get dirty as I know the lady is not cleaning all that. When at the private incall, on the ladies bed I tend to not want any thing splurting out of my body to land on sheets, carpet, etc. Just me. So, hotels can be fun!

I do not like the bumping into people I know at hotels, parking lots, IHOP next door to hotel for cup of coffee (cuz after great sex I get sleepy, I am a guy). Unfortunately it happens to me downtown more than the Metairie area. I do not answer their questions as it really is known of their business but do not like the feeling of someone outside the Intercontinental Hotel saying "hey, Outdoorsman, whatcha doing here?"

So each one has its pros and cons. From a business stand point I would think a lady would save money buy renting a private incall. Find a nice small home renting for $900/ month and pay a few utilities, gotta beat paying $100 a pop a night for hotel. I have been with ladies that actually share an incall further dissipating the cost. That I think is the ultimate wise choice for a provider is to share rent on a two bedroom. I would think a house would be better as an apartment might have too much people traffic for your chosen profession. It would also seem more prudent to me from a business stand point that your private incall be located were your highest level of potential clients or existing clients are. If potential market place then NOLA, if your existing client base is large in Nshore then up there gotta figure who you are catering to, new clients or existing. Your convenience should be the absolute last factor to determine your location IMHO. I have owned my own business for a long, long time, location, location, location.

All in all I think I prefer the private incall, cold water seems to always be available for me, the lady actually feels more relaxed and tends to open up more to me during the brief periods of conversation.

From my stand point if it is a well known provider as yourself a private incall does not bother me. Now with that said I am not going to do a recon on a BP girl at a private incall I just feel safer at the hotel "may be silly but that is just me"

As far as traveling across the big pond I to live on the north shore so that would not be a problem "wink wink" But i only do incall sesions so there you have my .02 for what it is worth!

Now another question.... OutdoorsMan had suggested getting a roommate. I had thought about that but hit a wall when it came to figuring out the logistics, what if we both had something going on around the same time? Wouldn't it be kind of awkward if our dates saw each other? Has that ever happened to anyone?

Even if you get a roommate, you and the hobbyist should be the only people in the apartment during your play hours. It is a matter of being comfortable while being in a vulnerable position for men like me. I don't mind the roommate as long as I never have to see/hear/meet the person. But if there is someone else in the unit when I show up, whether it is a man or a woman, I don't feel comfortable.

I agree with HH. Every provider with a roommate never has any one else there. The ladies schedule their dates with each other, so neither one utilizing house at same time. I have seen this cause anamosity between roommates as well. One lady making more $$$ using house more often etc. etc. Work somethnig out with another provider you can trust and work with. I have never seen another person at these incall locations where roommates exist. Each lady has their own bedroom.

i DO QUITE WELL WITH MY INCALL..IT IS IN A PRIVATE RESIDENTAL AREA...DISCRETE FREE PARKING WAS A MAJOR FACTOR WHEN PICKING THE PLACe....I am low volume too so that helps{I also do outcalls once in awhile to keep a low traffic flow}....I prefer my place to a hotel as I feel its more "personable" and "comfortable".I never have to worry about the maid/running out of clean towels/nosey staff/or high room fees.My landlord & neighbors know I am a swinger and have parties occassionally... and have a couple of difft boyfriends, so it works out quite well!!

It does help your business when you have a permanent or semi permanent incall so you can take impromptu appts with regular clients........If you can find a reputable provider to share with thats always great{just work a schedule to share usage}

{I also don't mind letting April use my place once in awhile either.....just buy me a six pack of coke or a yankee candle...lol}!!!

If you get a roommate BE CAREFUL. Make sure she is on the same wavelength as you. Make sure that you are the only one on the lease so that if things get bad you can kick her to the curb. And don't give her a key to the place until you trust her enough. Seriously, the last thing you'd want is to come to your incall and have all your furniture moved out.

I had a doubles session with Britt Baye and Curious Casey last May. They shared an incall. Shortly before our session was over, a regular client of Casey's popped up for a surprise visit (that's what I was told). There was another entrance to Casey's room so I never saw the guy. Britt and I played a while longer and I left.

Nikki Tylor is sharing the same incall with Britt now. I assume they'll use the two different entrances when necessary. I'd make sure that one room has a back door to accommodate similar situations.

Things to look for when choosing an incall.

1) The guys shouldn't feel worried their car will be there when they get back.

2) The guys shouldn't feel that the neighbors will be watching.

3) It should be easy to find the correct entrance to your room. You don't want guys driving slowly up and down the street, or wandering up and down the hallway looking for the right room number. Or knocking on the wrong door. I like the idea of having some unmistakable landmark like "the only door with a Pepsi doormat. If it's not there, you're at the wrong door."

April...Casey did live with me and it worked out perfect for our clients...my home has two separate entrances and living areas as Dave stated....Now Nikki and I are doing the same...I feel much more comfortable working from home....my neighbors don't see any traffic coming and going because I have a circlur driveway that faces the service road...and as far as cleaning I'm a neat freak so need to worry about the sheets they are clean the second you leave...LOL...

Please do be careful when looking for another provider...Casey and I were friends for 19 yrs...so yes we knew each other well....I posted an ad on ASPD to find another roommie back in December when Casey got out the business...I had a few providers respond...did my research...and here I am now with my new roommie Nikki Tylor...it's working out great....good luck and be safe

Depending on what I can find I will more than likely be doing it without a room mate. Just seems like it would be less hassle that way.

Waht great adive you have gotten form the people who would know the New Orleans area. Jackson is not quite the same. I have thought about a permanent incall, but I would have to keep it up, worry about noisy neighbor (and there are quite a few in Jackson!!) so using a variety of motels/hotels in the area has worked for me.

Plus, I do travel now it seems half the month.

Anyway, you got some great info to help with the decisison!!
