Well, clearly, it's good to have a set of rules....that can be used as a structural guideline. However, when you execute those rules, you should consider that we are all human beings....and not just a bunch of mindless zombies.
Furthermore, I wouldn't be surprised if there are disagreements amongst the mods as to a possible cause of action. In such situations, my suggestion would be, to take a vote. I would suspect that this is already the case.
In fact, we don't have to complicate this at all....as somebody erroneously prophesized.

There are times when the question as to whether or not a rule is broken or it is not.... that may be a time where there is a bit of discussion as to an infraction or not...... and there are more than enough times the Mods do not all unanimously agree on enforcement and execution of infractions..... but I think we do a great job of communicating with each other and come to a group agreement.... We all know we are human here.... but we all are human in the real world too.... you get caught stealing, even if only to feed your starving family you must suffer the consequences of your actions.... those are the facts of life..... its not too different then the rules here..... the only differences is that you don't get to log on her for a couple of days is all.....
