Thanks everyone. I feel better about going with my gut instinct. Better safe than sorry. It's not worth it. Playing 20 questions with LE can't be fun. BTW, butterfly your gorgeous. Going to check your tour dates!

Always trust your intuition! The prospect of a good bbbj is not worth getting tangled up in LE!! Lol I say you did the right thing and it was very sweet of you to offer compensation for the room. I don't like the concept of using the same hotel for in call to the point where the staff knows you. Hotel staff aren't stupid and what's to prevent them from calling LE in if they feel these visit are getting out of hand? Keep playing safe!

I had a very similar incident a few years ago in New Hampshire. Arrived at the hotel/in-call and there were at least a dozen police cars, marked & unmarked, all over the parking lot. Naturally I think with my little head vs the one I should and decided to go with it anyway. I walked into the hotel and walked up to the desk and asked what the hell was going on with all the police activity. Kinda joked around with the desk clerk asking if someone broke into my room or was the president due here soon. She told me that there was a convention that evening for all the local police chiefs. With that info I decided that the probability of a sting was rather low so I went ahead with the appointment. Actually glad I did as it was one of the best I have ever had. In hindsight it was probably the wrong thing to do but I lucked out.

Licguy you did the right thing by bailing and it was thoughtful of you to call the provider to inform her of the LE action going on around her location. My first response if you had called and told me would have been "OMG, are you serious?", not the response she gave you. Her lack of concern for the situation would have made me suspicious.
I have had the situation come about where client has called to tell me of police around my building and I ask them to please leave and we will reschedule for another time. Then I leave my room to find out what all the commotion with LE is about. If I am lucky enough to get the info, I give my client a call to let him know what was going on, so he feels comfortable with me knowing that I was looking out for HIS BEST INTERESTS and usually will re-schedule because if it.
WE'RE FREE TO PLAY ANOTHER DAY!!

I can see the article in the paper now "Dumbass sees police in parking lot and still visits prostitute......" Like Haven said cut your losses, you can live to fight another day.

That's like one of those dumbasses sitting, bare-asses naked, in front of Chris Hansen and saying "Yup...I kinda thought it might be a sting.".

Good call all the way around. Have been hobbying for over ten years, and never saw that many LE vehicles around an incall location unless someone was going to jail. Great call from a Newbie!

Early in my days of this hobby I saw two unmarked yet obvious cop cars in the parking lot that I pulled into. Location was a motel so doors are all on the outside of the building. After going to gas station next door (lots were connected so it did not seem strange to do this), I fueld up, got a drink, and I then called her to let her know I was not comfortable with the situation and she needed to be aware of the cops in the parking lot.
She guranteed it would be fine but I said I was sorry but I would not continue with date with cops in the parking. As Im pulling out of gas station BOTH cars were leaving the parking lot and MY PHONE RANG.
It was her.
I did not answear.
I went home.
Yes my ass puckered up.

Hi,
A companion should be checking out the window or property before her guest arrives, especially, if that has been her incall for over two days. Besides, it's her responsiblity to lookout for herself and her guest so you shouldn't have been put in that situation, imo!
Sincerely,
Wet

I had a similar situation about a year and a half ago. I was doing an outcall in Little Rock to visit a gentleman that I had spent time with on 2-3 other occasions.
When I arrived, I noticed that there were several police cruisers parked in the hotel parking lot, and a couple more circling. Instead of parking, I called him from my cell while still cruising the parking lot.
I informed him of the situtation. He laughed and said, "There's a Krispy Kreme right next door." I laughed, parked, and went straight up to his room. lol
Each situation is different. Go with your gut. Although, I will say...in my experience, when LE is running a sting, they usually try really hard to make sure you can't tell that they're present until after you've been arrested.

Depends
I screen the hell out of guys, and am even sometimes newbie friendly. I think people get paranoid sometimes, but it IS better to be safe than sorry. Ultimately, if the provider and hobbyist are both legit, anything further is between the two of them. What is a uniformed cop going to do? IN reality, you are a man walking into a hotel room. Why would they look at you weird? They don't know why you are there. Unless the provider is drawing attention to her room (high volume) or you look shady, any interaction in the room is between the two of you.
Last I checked, it isn't illegal to go to a hotel. If you stick with reputable providers, just relax. Thank goodness some guys toftt or I never would have become a "reputable" provider. Play smart.

I set up an in call with a provider I hadn't seen before. She has mostly positive reviews, is exotic and looks hot as hell. We texted about her availability and set up a meeting time later in the evening. She asked for a referral. I passed - she txt'ed me her location at at nice highway type hotel. I was really looking forward to hanging out and had plenty of cash in my pocket to stay extra if we hit it off. I arrive about five minutes early. As I pull into the hotel parking I'm shocked to see two police cars beside the entrance.
I cautiously keep moving and make a pass around the hotel. Listen, I've already passes go and don't want to be freaked out by two cops on break or something. Besides the two near the entrance, there are two in back, one on the side and one cruising the parking lot! I took a deep breath and exited. I circled the block to get back to the highway and think about the situation. On the side street there were another two black and white police cars sitting side to side talking. The idea that this is way to obvious for a sting crossed my mine. Like a dumb ass, I pulled back into the hotel and parked. As soon as I put it into park, one of two cars from the side entrance rolls by and takes a look at me. This pretty much freaked me out. I txted the girl and said, I don't know how to say this but there are police crawling all over your hotel parking lot. I'd rather be safe than sorry. With that, I was out of there and on the highway.
I was happy not to be in an uncomfortable situation with LE but feeling bad about bailing on the girl. I pictured her up in the room clueless of the police crawling all over the hotel parking lot. I called and explained the situation outside her hotel. Surprisingly, she did not understand my concern. She asked, do you have something to hide or are you from "Americas Most Wanted?" She wasn't being sarcastic. I was calling out of concern for her and alert her of the situation at her location. She didn't think it was a problem. I told her that I have nothing to hide but don't want to walk into trouble. I hadn't seen her before and I didn't like the situation at her hotel. I offered help her out on the room charge if she booked it explicitly for me. She said this is her normal location and they know her there, she has 20 reviews and that there isn't a problem. That may be all well and nice but I wasn't going back! How was I to know if her last client didn't go bad or if she got turned? Was I right to bail? What would you do?

If the cops really wanted to bust you and others (unless your high-profile) you would never notice them till it was too late. But if you enter with cops watching in full view about to do a sting your likely to also end up on Jay Leno.
No illegal activity is beyond approach.
