Just a FYI, I take full blame for this but wanted others to know so just in case its a reg occurance with this girl.
CherryKisses asked me to help her out with a bill on her car, and she would pay me back in numerous ways... Its been a year and now she denys knowing me. I still have the bills and the e-mails for proof.
So if she wants to borrow money say NO!

I say loan money on a regular basis, just don't expect to get paid back. I talked to my Rabbi about this very thing when I was younger and more prone to being pissed off about losing a couple hundred. He told me Yahweh would bless me for helping out someone who needs it, even if the degrading method of tricking me was involved. So revel in the joy of helping your fellow human, just like the soldiers do when they fight and risk dying on your behalf for 1800 per month!

As always, if you make a loan but are not willing to put it in writing like a real loan you should consider it a gift. If you get paid back then great joy and you can feel good that you helped and the other person feels good because of your kindness and trust. If you dont get paid back, it was a gift, remember?

Always consider any money given to anyone without a legal document to require repayment to be a gift. If you get paid back, in cash or services, consider it a windfall.

Oh, and recognize that a 'legal document' stating said person will provide you with legal favors in exchange for you providing cash or services is void as against public policy since illegal activities are involved.

Just got one of those e-mails about stress. One point they made was about lending money. Don't stress about it! If you lend someone money and you never see them again,..it was probably worth it!

I don't understand. There are "alerts" where women lost money without any safety issues (and with no written contract for services). Yet when a lady steals money in this manner the guy gets lectured and told he should consider it a gift and suck it up?

So from now on any lady who gets ripped off just consider it gift sex and to STFU?

IMO if a person is capable of this kind of deception then where will they stop? Will the next request for a loan come with a threat?

2 very different thngs your comparing. The issue with lending money applies to everyone, hobby or not, male or female. Anyone that makes an unsecured laon without a contract has little recourse if the other person reniges. Verbal contrats are damn hard to prove. Anyone who makes an unsecured loan faces the risk of loosing their money. But, they chose to give that money.

A provider gives her services and the guy does not pay, she had no choice in it. She did her part, he did not provide payment.

Knowing Speedy, there's no doubt his side of the issue is quite different from Cherry's. I'm leaning toward hers.

Speedy, I clearly remember OUR fiasco from several months ago. Yea, I'm going to share it with everyone.

I offered to pay CASH for the repairs of a candle screen. I made it absolutely clear there would be NO TRADE FOR SERVICES. You refused and kept pressing for trades instead. I repeatedly told you NO. You really got mad when I told you if I'd known you were going to pull that crap, I would've sent it to my dad. I was simply trying to fix it locally. From August until December we fought back & forth while you fumed to a MOD whose help I had to enlist for the return of my property.

I forgot about the previous alerts posted about you over the years, Speedy. If I had remembered them, there never would have been a nasty mess between us because it wouldn't have happened at all.

When I heard Cherry's version, there's no doubt about what happened. She offered to pay you back the money that was loaned. You refused and stated you don't see thick ebony ladies since white spinners are your preference. So you left her no choices but to walk away. Now you bring it up more than a year later.

You constantly plague her with unwanted solicitations for $40 blow n go's and anal play thru PM in the chat room. Face it - you're pissed cuz she's put you on block and refuses to stoop to your level.

None of the ladies are interested in playing your pathetic childish games. MOVE ON!
