I don't think there's any reason to get upset. All you've provided is a link to buy the book. There's no preview or any information I could see, and I doubt many are going to pay the $15.00 to read it.

There are several of these types out there, and many of them have the same/similar tempo. Maybe your friend will be different, but a lot of the stuff I've seen is from the perspective of a lady who provided for way too long, and has become completely bitter and angry at the world and the hobby life/profession.

I had a somewhat strange visiting professor as an undergrad who was an old French lady who assigned several of these accounts for us to read in a literature class. There were a few books and some supplemental stories and what not, but most were very similar. I think maybe my prof. was a provider back in the old country.... (Old French Whore from SNL anyone! LOL) Your friend seems to be more lighthearted so maybe her book is different.
