Again, on the P411 website, this is not really an issue as long as a lady is accurate about the "activities [she] enjoys in private". Of course, disappointments may occur when the activities list is completed by a pimp or an agency.
Also, note the use of the word "most" in the P411 definition.

Forgive me, but what are you trying to argue here? Are you quibbling with the "most" versus "universal"? From what I see Gina is providing guidelines that backs me, TM, and the others up. I see her definition as a warning to the ladies who wish to restrict their menu of GFE to that which is not commonly accepted.
Or are you saying that Gina's definition doesn't implicitly include CFS as TM's does? Understand, DFK & BBBJ are the menu items that are generally in contention with the GFE definition, not CFS. Remember, these are Escorts, generally getting laid for dollars isn't the issue. (Though I'd include MSOG in the GFE as well.)
Or is your problem with Gina pointing out the subjectivity of GFE? She is correct, GFE is subjective. The IOP of a GFE is personal and client dependent. What's mechanical to me may not be to you. WALT
I reiterate, Gina's definition adds validity to the consensus that a GFE includes the Illusion of Passion, DFK, & BBBJ on her menu. And on that there should be no argument.
