Not that my opinion matters here, but I think as long as they are not rock hard, I don't think fake is so bad. Mine are fake, but they are 11 years old & now very soft & natural looking.

I've recently seen pics of a lady who's boobs are so hard & just plain weird looking that I'd think it would be doing her a disservice to show them off. Ack!

Gotta be careful when shopping for new titties, ladies.

More than a hand full is wasted. The nipples are my favorite part. But to answer your question, stay the way your are then you and your client will enjoy it much more.

I used to be a hard-liner about natural breasts, but now I am more open to MM's. What I don't see from the OP is why she is considering the surgery. Does she want to improve her self-image,which can be very valid reason, or is she doing it for marketing reasons? I think the motivation is really important because it is major surgery with risks involved, it is expensive and it is hard to correct if you don't like the results.

One thing is vitally important. You must go to the best surgeon you can afford. Ask for recommendations, go see the doctors, ask to see photos of their work and make sure that he/she is the one you want to permanently alter your body. Some of these guys are artists; others are butchers.

And remember, this is elective surgery. You can always get it done in the future.

As an aside, I recently saw a petite young, full breasted girl who was so over endowed that she had breast reduction surgery while in high school. You could see the scars even though they are fading. She lamented how horrible it was to be 16 year old blond with 32 DD's packed onto an otherwise killer petite body. She looked like a porn star and felt terrible about it, hence the surgery. She now looks like a young movie star.

If I got a boob job I wouldn't be able to keep my balance. I like my boobies just they way they are. PLus I've seen WAY to many bad ones!

I like big ones on slim frames..... be they MM or GOD given.... then again, as long as there is cleavage and a trim body and pretty face and sweet demeanor...and....

oh well, I really don't care as long as there are nipples on them there boobies

I believe shape and relativity to body size are be more important than just size. 32A on a woman 5'9 and 135 lbs. is too small. 34D on a woman 5'0 and 100 lbs. is too large. If you have nice/responsive nipples and not too much sag, they sound just right. On the other hand, I think a woman should only consider breast augmentation if it gives her a better self image..........in other words, only consider it, if it is for you. Guys are going to fuck you based on performance, not breast size.

I have fake ones and no man ever complained because they feel natural and look natural. To each his own. Some men do definitely prefer natural ones, and I have a girlfriend who works who wants implants and I told her no, don't do it. Just because hers look fine without it.

It's up to you, woman,

to decide what you want to do. All I know is that I'm happy with mine, and as I said, when they in front of a man's face or on top of his head or whatever, I haven't heard any complaints yet.

All in all, fake LOOKS good... but feels horrible. IMO.

If they are way out of proportion they do not even look good.

It also depends on the doctor's skills. Mine are remarkably soft, but I have felt ones that are as hard as baseballs or too huge, and that can be a turnoff.

What I never could figure out are those strippers like 'Kandy Kupps' or whatever with freakishly huge breasts ( and you have to question the ethics of the doctor who did those) and men seem to really dig that. Maybe it's just a freakish fetish thing?

Except for a small percentage of men the freakishly large ones are not liked. We may go see them just like a carnival freak show but that does not mean we like them.

Any doctor IMHO who does them out of proportion is not an ethical doctor. I walked into my surgeon's office ( actually my boobs were a college graduation present from the parents...they asked me what I wanted and I said tits, and my mother was like...you're shittin' us right? I said no LOL) and I picked up one of those larger 500 cc implants and stuck it on my head. It looked like a big beanie. Then I put them in my bra. He said, " No way. That's for someone five inches and fifty pounds heavier than you." He started out with 250 cc's and that's what I had done the first time. I decided personally to go a little larger and went for 330cc's, which took me from a B to a small D. He was hesitant even with that 330 cc's and made sure that I was absolutely sure that was what I wanted. I said yes, and he didn't think they were too large for my frame, and so, I've these babies since 1995.

Thanks Everyone for your help!!! Im going to stay natural, I wouldnt want big big boobs anyway and i like my back not hurting!!! Plus they kind of fit me what do you think???
