What she said I have the same set up. rarely use it. most clients wouldn't qualify for it. most would not need it but if you wanted me to travel to you or block out an extend period of time for an up coming visit to my city this is a way to pay or at least make a deposit in advance.
But you probably want to have some kind of trust factor set up with that provider if you're going to use a personal credit card with her - she will be able to see your payment info.
(unless you use a 3rd party payment provider that gives a false cc #, name etc...but in most cases, the guys are so wrapped up in the thought of gettin pussy - that they don't get that far)

I tell you from personal experience don't EVER do paypal with hobby activities.
I don't care how discrete you are, they will know, trust me on this one.

the reason they know - is guys you are creatures of habit....
if you use the same types of places and then some "random" thing for a large amount shows up - it's weird.
now, if you use a "company" card that has various company names for various $hundred dollar amounts - I think it's easier to get away with...
does that make sense?
that's how I figured out something going on with a massage scam on an ex of mine. LOL
but I wasn't all that beat up about it. I was just like, "why didn't you tell me?"

Who is "they"? What will "they" know? How will "they" know it?
Inquiring minds would love to be in the know...
I'm not talking about for a client who needs to be discrete with his spending habits with joint or business credit or bank accounts or his personal activities...
Names and address of both persons or businesses involved will be known. CC#, SS#, & bank account# is not exchanged between parties... But you may have had to already name and address for screening and they may becoming to that residence or business location...
Every encounter is not a covert operation...
Now the guy who is in a troubled relationship and withdraws $$$ twice a month on Thursday at noon wife gets suspicious has Magnum PI follow him from work to lunch at the no tell motel has some explaining to do!!!! Even though he used a hobby phone, secure email/computer, was home on time ever night, don't go out drinking with the boys on the weekend and does his honey do's
That being said don't give the the new BP girl with the out of area google voice number your bank card and pin # so she can step out next door to the 7eleven to get her donation, some smokes for her and a 6pack for you!!!
Just saying...

Exactly what Tiffani said. I prefer .. Very discreet and no worries for either side.

I'll second Ms. Red on this one. I have a merchant account, but it's something that I only share with my closest friends. I've had it for years, and I've never had a chargeback because I don't allow people I don't trust to send payments.
If I were a man, I would only do it with a well-respected companion. Some random unreviewed chick requiring deposits to make an appointment or doing appointments that require deposits on the first date would be something I would be wary of.
For the most part, we really don't want you that bad. We're all here to get what we want safely and securely. It's no different from buying something from any other respected merchant. Most ladies have discreet billing, and can be tied to something legitimate if spouses start prying.

Paypal is very unsafe. They are not legal for adult transactions. I know a lady that lost $2,000 in her account after they found out she was collection funds for her escort business. Their rules/terms of agreement are a bit confusing. I would just say stick with and money orders. Better yet, apply for a business licence and get a business bank account and have your suitors deposit money there. Just don't forget to pay those taxes.
xoxo,
Z

You keep saying that!
It's not unsafe. I keep telling you they've changed their rules because of all the business they were losing. I've had mine for four years with no problem. The same thing happens with . You load too much money on your card within a certain amount of time and they keep your money too.
In general it's ALL a bad idea to transact money for illegal services via credit card, but there is a way to do anything. I have more than emphasized that letting random guys send you money is not that way. There takes an amount of trust on both parts to make this work.

I recently asked paypal if they accept transactions for escorts and they said no. So that's what I'm basing my argument on .

The Terms of Service state not to use Paypal for illegal services specifically.
SquareUp.com also says specifically in their terms of services that it is not to be used for escort services.
I"m sure they all say "not to be used for illegal transactions or services" this covers their ass in the event somebody does.
Love the new name Zarah...
I usually scroll down to the teeny tiiny print at the bottom of websites like that and read their Terms of Services Agreement for kicks! LOL

I take CC through Paypal or Green dot.
Trick is not to be greedy and draw attention, and pay your taxes! Limit what goes through credit.
All CC companies have fine print, All have problems.
Agreed Tiffany J.

Girl, NO ONE is going to give you a merchant account for being an escort. Being an escort is not legal in the US, only in a few places that allow licences for it. The point is, no matter what you get the merchant account for, you most definitely have to be careful who you allow the privilege to use it.

You would know better as I am not currently using a CC processor. I will be contacting you and asking you for tips then.
