Barbie, unfortunately, there are a few providers who have selective amnesia! (lol) There are a couple that have NEVER replied to any of my reference requests...and, I have no problems letting the hobbyists know that I do not consider *them* reputable references/providers.

I realize that a reference is a *courtesy,* however, if a provider isn't *reference friendly,* the least she could do is make it known on her website/signature/ads.

Time is valuable...and, it's a complete waste of everyone's time when a provider isn't considerate. Some providers are just clueless...they may be laughing behind the scenes, but, one day...someone could get hurt...if the references don't reply one way or another.

I just hope when that day comes...those providers realize the importance of a simple courtesy, because it could happen to them.
