There is no way for you to do that. Staff can, but it is rarely done and only for a very strong security reason.

Not saying it is in this case, but should be a "under the influence" 30 second pullback rule.

One thing all need to realize is that if you strt a post, all you got to do is hit the "BACK" key to back out of the uh-oh.

Also, you have one hour after posting that you can edit. That includes replacing the message with misfire, oh shit, etc.

Not trying to be a smart ass here (well, maybe a little), but I conducted an experiment several months ago, and unless it has changed, you actually have 4 hours to edit a post.

Like Torito said, you can't delete it, but you can pretty much wipe everything off or change the words for up to 4 hours.
