My personal opinion is you should ignore the comments from those who haven't seen you. While you may think these comments hurt your business they probably don't, your reviews and actions will prevail in the end.

Just my 2 pesos .....yea i said 2 pesos cause we haven't gotten a raise around here

In my opinion it does not matter if a provider has a basic site or a bells and whistle site. All that matters is that they have a site with a few pictures and a way to get a hold of them. In terms of the criticsm of the website in my opinion that should of been a PM to the provider. Such as "you know what I had a great time but you could bring in even more business if you tweak your website. Ever thought about that?" Be kind to the providers they go out of their way to make sure we have a good time. Just my half a cent.
