Not if the marriage was a fraud perpetrated on Kris; or the media company specifically "gave" the ring to both parties, as your original post implied.

I never implied the marriage was fraudulent, I'm quite certain it was consummated........the ring wouldn't fit Kris......

they were "consumating " long before they got married and there was an episode where Khloe mentioned a prenup to her mom saying that because Kim is part of the Kardashian business, he could get a slice of it if they divorced.

But as I said.. in California, there are lawyers who bust/break and shred prenups all the time..

With the way that show is, I seriously doubt that Kaylee and Kylee (the two youngest girls) stay virgins past 15... I mean if your mom gets you on BC to control cramping during the menstrual cycle has to be careful not to encourage those kids to start fooling around.

One would think the mom would find alternative medicines that could handle the cramps but not be a birth control.

They had a pre-nup. In it, it stated he was not entitled to any of her money in the event they split up. It also said she would have to return the ring if they split up. So he is getting the ring back.
