Due to my recent encounter with a provider, I think I need clarification or opinions on: escort services, no-gfe, and YMMV.

If a provider listed these these words together (escort services, no-gfe, and YMMV), I chose to see her, and she counted the donation in front of me and accepted the donation,

My questions:
1) Could she then refuse to provide basic requests/services such as talks to please customer, cuddling, and covered services, and the only reason she gave was that she did not want to and we did not click? Could she do whatever she wants as long as she listed escort/no-gfe/YMMV together?

2) Was it fair to me? Did I deserve this?

3) can she call herself escorts?
