Scenario 1 would be a no from me as well.
Scenario 2 I would definitely give the money back. No one's time was wasted and neither parties had to engage in the activity that was being paid extra for.

You are way to nice. I think once the money is handed over it's hers. I think it was a douchebag move to ask for a refund. If she took it off the menu then I could see a refund was in order.

I had a date with a guy and after a good bit of time in the session, he could not release. He then opted for a HJ, but wanted half of his money back since that was how he would be releasing. I told him 'NO' because he had already attempted by other means. Needless to say, I will NOT be meeting with him again!

Actually I don't attract the same clientele the OP attracts. The men I see have more sense than that. I would advise the OP to take a look at her business model but there's no need to state the obvious (especially tonight, not in the mood). I am sure I will do just well in Texas and won't run into the problem she is having. The OP is not firm. She has a personality that could encourage guys to walk all over her - that is not me. Scenario 1 If the guy felt he was done in less time then he schedule then I don't think a refund is in order.

Scenario 2 I would say that is 50/50 on the refund. If you tried to get him up for greek and he wasn't able to perform then that is on the guy and no refund needed. He might just need to try the blue pill to help him with that problem. If no attempt was made and he paid for that extra then yeah a refund would be in order.
