All the fraternal groups I have been in where this is a subject of discussion (i.e. all of them) would expect the term Getting Some, be it Tail, Pussy or Ass, to mean penetration at some point in the encounter. Anything less would have implied that the guy didn't really close the deal and would not count toward his "prowess." Greek would have been considered the same as pussy.

That said, it seems to most women (and many men) I know that any intimate contact, even a sincere DFK, counts as "sex". In fact, that seems to me to be the whole point of GFE - DFK is a very intimate contact. In my experience in the civvie world that almost always signals a lady's acceptance of intercourse. That is accurate based on the question. But I wondered too what guys consider "action" when talking to other guys.
