A HDH is not always for the clients pleasure, she is for the social setting, her biggest challenge may be the other ladies. Sometimes a date is expected and how she interacts will make or break a deal. Also how plausible she is to the setting. A lot of times the woman behind the man makes the decision. And if she helps to that end, she should be compensated

Traits
She has good self esteem.
She never allows anyone to degrade her or dictate her rates.
She does not allow anyone dictate her performance either.
She knows how to have a conversation.

Agreed! No one wants to take a girl out in public that doesn't know how to dress or have great conversation and is somewhat intelligent. I mean really - Who wants to spend more than an hour with an idiot? Nuff said.

I'm not talking about faking it....I repeat not talking about faking it. And maybe i'm being literal. No....yeah I am being literal. People can pick things up, LEARN different ways, culture, learn etiquette, etc. I'm talking about changing it can happen and be genuine. Faking & actually learning/becoming more refined is possible. So again ... it can be learned.... i'm not talking about claiming to be something just because. People aren't/are born with class that sounds ridiculous to me, manners, etiquette, language, basically what we pick up and take in etc it's all......learned....it makes us what we are.

Even though I am an escort/hooker/whatever - I have managed to beat all stereotypes. I also charge a premium without having to bend over backwards for it and I'm pretty damn proud to say that. I plan on leaving this business happy just the way I came in. I want my experiences as an escort to continue to be a happy, joyful chapter in my life. It is and hopefully - will always be. I have had nothing but good experiences in this business and with friends like London and Nina, there's never a boring moment lol. Even though I talk a lot of smack here on eccie, I love this business - that is why I am in it. If I didn't, I wouldn't be here. The money is great but the people I have met and the friends I've made have enhanced my life and that is nothing money can buy.

If I weren't from Nigeria there is no way I will know how to properly eat fufu or make egusi soup. I also wouldn't know how to speak yoruba or dance like a true fulani. There are some things that cannot be learned. Igbo and yoruba itself is one language that is very hard to learn. I have met americans that try to speak igbo and it's like watching def comedy jam. It's very easy to spot a fake especially when you KNOW the real thing. Anything can be faked and faked well I agree but soon enough people catch on.
Class is something that cannot be learned love. I don't know why you're making it a big deal. It just can't. Hell half of the ladies here can't even learn to write properly and you're talking about them learning how to use the right fork or learning how to speak a different language? That is a big joke in itself. No I do not think it is something one is born with. That is ridiculous. I said it does have a lot to do with how one was raised, where they have been and the company they keep. My mother used to say "Show me your friends and I'll tell you who you are".
I continue to use Nigeria as an example since that's where I'm from: There are certain things you cannot do there. Pointing in certain areas is against the law and can get you killed. Using your left hand to eat will get you slapped. Things you can do here in America freely can get you in big trouble there. One that has not been to Nigeria will not know these things. That is why a lot of ladies boast "well traveled". My childhood friends that I still hangout with till today do not even know these things so there goes that learning theory. It is something you have to experience. One cannot fake being from Europe or Germany without actually having lived there can they?
So for those that think stamps on a passport does not matter, I disagree.

I'm not making a big deal out of i'm but i'm still very certain it can. How you're rasied and what you learn going through life makes you.....YOU. We'll continue to disagree about this probably and that's fine.

Never gave my own definition of somone with class/upscale provider:
A lot of money is not required, have a good idea of themselves and know that they and others can evolve, have manners and I don't mean just knowing with side of the table to put the steak knife on, or the proper way to cross their legs, I don't even think they need to be world-traveled....yet but have the open-mind to want to see more than what's in their backyard, knows a little about a lot of subjects but doesn't particularly need to have a degree, can fair well in different social settings. Feel like i'm missing a few things but that's pretty good for now.

I think you are totally correct. They learn all the 'proper' things to do. They go to finishing schools and all kinds of things to learn all that stuff. In my opinion if people aren't kind and gracious to others, all that learning has been wasted.

I also think it's safe to say that traveling/learning goes hand in hand. People can learn a lot from traveling/observing others alone.
And BTW, This is nothing to argue about. We will all have our own opinions. You will never know one is like until you have actually lived with that person. Anyone can fake anything for a few hours. I can fake a really hot british accent ;-) LOL!

Class
It is not something to be defined except by mentioning that a certain person by their style, demeanor and behavior fulfill the description.
Class is............................ .....while sadly most are not.

This is VERY true. When I was in the military, they gave us all kinds of classes on traditions and customs of the various countries we might visit. I studied my ASS off and learned everything I could. They even gave us these neat (so I THOUGHT, but they turned out to be almost useless) little handbooks to carry around with us at all times. I must admit that more than once, I stepped off the plane and felt like a total dumbass. Even with all the knowledge I had retained, NOTHING could prepare me for the actual experience of the culture in itself. You can literally be thrown into another world.
