Honestly as far as 'alternative' goes; you may want to be a little more specific. Are you looking for sensual domination, electrical play, hardcore domination, toys, floggers, paddles, roleplay. There are so *many* aspects of S & M and fetish... I don't know many providers who are set up to offer it all. Aside from that each lady will have her own area that she really loves, if you go to a lady who enjoys sensual domination and you ask her for intense CBT, you may not get exactly the session you're looking for. My advice is to contact a few potential ladies and be specific about what you enjoy, it's nothing that we haven't heard before, in fact... we may even think it sounds like fun.
