Damn I Blow it...

Damn I blow it, had a meeting all sit up with a very well-reviewed lady. And somehow I blow it.
Called beforehand to confirm meeting and got voicemail, she called me back a few minutes later and confirmed, and that is when I think I broke one of the golden rules, damn newbie nerves. (At least that is what I think happened)
So when I got to the first call location, (was early) called and got voicemail, left brief one.
Found a place to park and played cell phone solitaire tell it was meeting time.
Called and this time call went straight to Voicemail.
Called back after 15 minutes passed and said that I was sorry we missed the meeting and that I would call back after I’m not so new…
Damn I’m mad at myself, but her not answering just makes me all the more respectful of her and her screening,
It’s my own fault for trying to walk before learning to crawl. (Hell with this lady was trying to RUN)
Might be better this way – from the reviews I’ve read – she just might have ruined my for all the other girls.

Umm, unless I am missing something and reading it wrong, not sure you did anything incorrectly, Elum. Sorry it didn't work out. Hopefully, you'll connect with the lady, find out the story of why she didn't reach out, and see where the lines of communication failed. You can then make an assessment of where the blame falls.

yea your story has me scratching my head, not sure what the issue was or why you didn't get to continue with your appointment. I definitely wouldn't stress out too much over it, there are plenty other hotties here in kc...good luck!

Just thought of something - The Lady I'm talking about is very well reviewed,
and as far as I know, Noone has ever said anything like this happening before.
I'm now hoping that it was something I did to freak her and not something else....

As I was typing the last reply.. I really felt like a self centered jerk, All I was thinking about was what I did wrong, I never though about any of the other possibilities tell reading the posts.

But just as I hit the Post Reply Button, Got a PM and all is good now.

This thread is confusing, but it might be interesting to voice what are some of the things to NOT do on the phone when you are meeting someone for the first time.. such as mentioning anything to do with the REAL reason you are getting together. Don't ask questions about what you can or can't do, etc. What else could have gotten him in trouble?
