You can get it at supplement stores like GNC. Mix the recommended dosage with water, juice or whatever. It's subtle and tastes like light lemon lime, but what you're doing is giving your body a building block to boost the production of NO, nitric oxide, which in turn translates to your unit, to a degree, though that isn't its primary use. More blood flow, additional 'hydraulic' support is the result. Your body doesn't make this amino acid itself, so it gets it elsewhere, the most common being some types of nuts (not those on here or between your legs). That's the same basic way ED meds like Cialis and especially Viagra operate, i.e.,
increasing the synthesis of NO in your body, among other things. It won't be a miracle, but won't hurt to try it, either. Remember, the biggest sex organ is between your ears and stress us a fun killer, so you still have to relax and this might give the boost you seek without making you sick. If none of this works for you, consider a trained sex therapist and/or a surrogate.
Oh, and don't confuse how L-Arg works in other environments where it can actually be a pollutant. It's different in animals, like I said.
