What makes a perfect duo? As usual, tastes and individual preferences will vary. For me, I would answer your questions as follows: (Remember, this is all theory as I only pay women for their time. Anything else that happens between consenting adults yada yada yada...)
It generally does not matter similar/contrasted unless there was a specific roleplay involved that may require this. For me , I just want people who I find similarly attractive. I think it is important that I find them such , or I will naturally migrate toward the lady who I find most attractive. That leaves the second girl as "odd man out" and it becomes less comfortable.
As for interaction, that is somewhat a matter of expectations. A good time can certainly be had by having 2 fine ladies pay complete attention to me. That is especially true if I know that going in. If I am expecting interaction, it is a bit of a letdown if there is none. A great duo is when the ladies are bi, and even better if they are good friends and work well with each other. I also find it helpful if I have met both (preferably) , or at least one of them before. A caveat to the ladies being bi ,though, is that I do not wish them to be so wrapped up in each other that they have no interest in me. Considering that most of the ladies are much younger and much better looking than me, I can understand how that can happen.
In general, I find that a very good connection with an individual woman (you know who you are) is so good , and essentially impossible in a duo ,that a duo does not add much unless the girls are really into each other and heighten each other's pleasure while heightening mine. Then everyone wins.
