Default Why did my review not only not get credit but it was deleted?

I received a PM letting me know I wouldn't receive Premium access for my review. The reason given (the generic copy paste, or automated system message) was that it was either a duplicate, a misfire or incomplete.

It wasn't a duplicate, because I have never made a review on that spa before. It wasn't a misfire, because I included the location, phone number and all of the required info that I am aware of. It wasn't incomplete, I included rest of story, names, numbers, locations all that info.

So, imagine my surprise when not only did I not receive credit for the review but it was deleted?

Having Premium access is not the end of the world for me. But it is a matter of principle. I feel like I went out of my way to come back here and share my experience so that other posters could use that information. So I would just like a thorough explanation or reasoning for this decision. If there isn't a satisfactory one I would just rather not share any info on here. Thank you.

FYI: The title of the review was "Rejuvination -- Definately worth it" or something to that extent.

You might want to post this in the Questions for the Staff forum. I do remember a review of that title.

I agree with FootLong and I could also suggest some things are better handled behind the scenes directly with the staff via PMs or emails.

I did PM one of the Mods as well.

So there can't be more than one review of the same provider? Isn't that the whole idea? To get multiple reviews to let people know who to see and who not to see?

You're right, I probaby should have just left it behind the scenes. But I figured I would get a quicker reply by posting here...I did PM a mod though. Also I figured maybe it's just something silly that I overlooked, which is why my post did not get credit. But then...why would it be deleted? That was really odd.

That particular provider has a No Review Policy here. That is why the review is gone.

Also, this thread has been moved to the proper forum.
