I don't think OP is being offensive or racist, it does seem like he's taking it as given that white is more attractive to more hobbyist and offering all manner of theories without really evaluating the premise. Physics of light, really?

At most I'd concede that there might be a tendency for people to want the familiar, so white people might gravitate to white girls slightly more on average...and there are more white people...but I'm even skeptical of that argument.

But from a psychological stand point, for some men, the attraction comes from the desire to rebel, to go against the grain of standard society, to do what everyone tells them is wrong. I would have to agree with sixx on this one... a majority of them are white. I can't remember the last time a black guy called on me. That being said I think that the hobby is all about exploring the unknown, stroking on some trim you may not have ever stroked otherwise due to ethnic background and social circles. Brown skin, dark hair and blues eyes will stop me in my tracks every time.
Next light skin with exotic features such as high cheek bones, full lips, dark or blonde hair and dark eyes
Next all remaining brown skin and white skin women.
Last would be Black women (Attitude has much to do with it) but there are always exceptions such as Halle Berry and Vanessa Williams.
Point being White skin is Not at the top of the list for everyone or even most.

Halle Berry is only half black and has "woman-of the world" features. Ms. Berry is from Ohio, but looks like she could be from South America, the Mediterranean or even India!



No one will begrudge you because of who you are attracted to, but to use these women (or Tyra, or Beyonce) as examples of how you find "Black" women attractive really misses the mark. Naming a few people of a group who have the least of that group's defining features is, well...condescending to that group. I would think your acceptance of these women as attractive is more because you find the "exotic" look appealing, not because you are attracted to black women.
