Because of too much "manual manipulation" in the past/present, I sometimes don't pop. That can be good and bad. Good for the ladies pleasure (as long as I don't over stay my welcome), but bad for me because it usually means a HJ to pop. If frustration has set in (mine), I'm lucky if that works.

I don't have this problem much, I am quite the opposite, except in some extreme cases of passion with a woman that just does it for me. I think it is a mind thing. You get worked up and pop. I would suggest you tell the girl your with to stop and squeeze her self tight when you tell her to "stop". Tell her to stop when you feel the urge to cum. Relax and then start up again. I have found that this 80% of the time for me makes the orgasm in the end 50 times as strong and longer. It doesn't work all the time because if you time it wrong, like stop too late, you can mess up a good orgasm all the way around.

Check out off label uses of tramadol (Ultram). It is sometimes used for premature ejaculation. It is not a narcotic and has a low risk of addiction and is a commonly prescribed pain reliever. Getting back to the original question...

Recently I tried a product called "Hotrod for Men." If you can get past the incredibly stupid name, it's powerful stuff. Honestly I tried it because I didn't believe it would work at all, much less as well as it did. (I don't know why I'm admitting this at all, perhaps the anonymity of the net gives me a sense of security.) I'm 38 and struggle with "performance anxiety," at least I think that's what it's called. Hotrod fixed me up good. On Friday while I was with a lady, she said something to the effect of how long I was lasting. Curious about that myself, I pulled out. the cover was full of spooge, but I was still hard. A while later, we went for round two and she commented how I was harder the second time. This was my first try with hotrod, and will be trying it again sometime soon.

Reading this it sounds like a commercial, I know. I'm just being honest about something I tried.

You could always go to your urologist and tell him to give you a prescription for TRI-MIX( google it), its 3 drugs mixed together and you inject it with a diabetic needle into the base of your Johnson..
