Account Disabled

I was just wondering when a profile says "Account Disabled" is that just temporary? Can the member reactivate account at anytime?

The disabling of an account is usually, but not always, a temporary thing. It depends on the situation. When the account is disabled the member cannot get into the site. Admins are the ones who handle the disabling and enabling of accounts and members must ask them to do one or the other.

Okay, So once disabled.........how can the account holder ask for the account to be enabled again if they cannot log in?
