This post is for those who don't already know this:
While some may occasionally visit the National Forum, many do not know what information is available there, and being national, it tends to move at a rapid pace.
The Security Matters forum can be very enlightening at times. For example, a thread in play at this moment (
http://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=244568) details how your computer tracks your website visits through hidden files that are NOT deleted or cleared by your standard "erase history" options in your browser, and offers advice on how to mitigate this risk. While more savvy computer users may know this already, many folks just plug along as best they can on their PC while hoping they don't make mistakes clicking on something that results in the "blue screen of death".
If you haven't yet availed yourself of the security forum, visit it here:

Safety should be everyone's number one concern and the Security Matters forum is at times an excellent source of information.
