A cool article that presents how the World Champion Mavericks are asking that lawsuit filed last year by the 5% ownership stake be dismissed.

In case you weren't following it, Perot, who under HIS ownership, didn't win a trophy, sued Cuban claiming he was mis-managing the team..

Be sure to note that not only did Cuban's team make it to the finals once before only to lose but this year they won.

The legal brief goes to great pains to use the phrase World Champion Mavericks every chance they get.

... then the brief should be thrown out because the Mavericks are the NBA champions, not the World Champions.

The Dallas Mavericks are Champions of the Universe. LoL Yeah I've been hearing that world champion thing a lot. Even thought its not proven I feel they can beat any team in the world. But that's my biased opinion. And Perot Jr. might want to rescind his law suit now that the Champs have the trophy.
