Primary consideration is clean! Any other amenities are greatly appreciated, but clean incall and good attitude and making me feel welcome are the top priorities.

I am for the most part Outcall in this area. If i ever do Incall I stay at a nice place and make everything nice.If I am temped to goto an Outcall has to be the same. I am spoiled rotten and will spoil the man.

I would think since the majority of sessions are one hour or less it takes a little away from atmosphere. The longer sessions would definately benefit. The shorter ones I would say cleanliness is the most important factor.

Oh yea I forgot. Be good at what you do. lol

When I work from my girlfriends' place - all the damn pillows on the bed make me crazy.

Then when I'm done - I have to pick them all back up off the floor and try to remember how she had them....although, I'm positive she will rearrange them "just right" anyways.

She's short and I'm super tall....so I don't have room on that smaller bed to be messing with pillows. I walk in, and throw them all off the bed onto the floor over in the corner.

Now - if it's the liberator....that's a whole different kind of pillow that can be used in session.

Speaking of bedframes - I broke hers a long time ago...Didn't mean to. But we were getting down big time.
I do miss the ease of getting busy off the edge of the bed...the new frame is nice to look at - and very sturdy - BUT it has this edge that tears up a guys' shins.

At my place - I've got a huge king size bed, with a mirrored headboard. (it's not the best, most current looking headboard...but a mirror is a mirror as far as I'm concerned. At that is HOT.)

I agree that a tidy place, in a safe local....with CLEAN towels available in abundance....as well as a clean "bed cover" - (I use the "not as nice for decor" blankets to lay over my bed. Allows for really good sloppy action, without me worrying that I've got to figure out when I'll have time to dry my big feather blanket...it always takes forever.)

Get a duvet cover or 2 for the feather blanket, just pull it off, wash it, put it back on.

CLEAN has got to be #1. But I bet if you took a survey and I think you are... most guys could care less about candles verses wearing something hot for their arrival! Having porn available is always nice. Especially if we can hit the rewind button and watch the gal give the guy the money back. It always brings a tear to my eye

Like so many others who have replied here, cleanliness is #1 with me. However, I do like mood lighting, music, candles, and porn. It all adds to the experience.

I have a couple of duvet covers - when I get messy....it gets MESSY.

And you know when you tour the isles - there's always got to be lots of lube.

Thing is - even with a blanket on top of the feather comforter w/duvet....the damn stuff soaked right through.

So I had to wash the duvet cover anyways...had I not had the blanket - it would have surely gotten into the feathers...which in turn leads to washing it again.
