I'll bet Raindog wanted to see how crunchy his no-show date was!
That sig line worked well with my dragon avatar. I plan to have the same dragon (sapphira) painted on the bow of my current avatar.
Maybe I'll take a close-up pic of the new dragon and resurrect the tag line?

It was a follow up comment towards pornodave's comment to raindog.
with regard to traffic, leaving early sometimes doesn't work out, you actually get stuck depending on traffic conditions.
so, excuse me for being skeptical about being on time in spite of bad traffic and idiots who can't drive properly (the slow drivers).

Meddle not in the affairs of dragons...
Yeah SeaDog, that was one of my favorites also.

That's why I asked. I try to avoid peak traffic times, but you never know what you'll run into. With normal, mid-day traffic I can be downtown and parked in 30 minutes, so I leave an hour before. If I got stuck in traffic for an hour I'd be late for sure.

RAINDOG:Having sampled her goods and wares both pre-Prissy and Prissy days, you really missed out some prime stuff. So good I may even try to sample whatever she is now offering!

My ECCIE Reviews
|
For the record I agree with Dilbert. It's a likely story that if you got stuck in an hour of traffic, you were on time. If I provide in Metairie (sp), I expect delays at peak traffic hours. At those times, it's not like I can go anywhere, so it's not a huge inconvenience to myself if someone is thirty minutes to forty five minutes late. I don't do back to back appointments ever, so I just spend the extra time reading a book or doing homework.
Though, I can feel you on getting to a door and not getting an answer. ...especially, if you made a forty minute drive. It's REALLY annoying. Why not just call and cancel, so I don't waste the gas and time with another willing customer.

I scrambled for some emergency fallback options, but they all crapped out. I ended up with Daiyva (Dee), which pretty much went as I last reported.

raindog, who is she calling herself nowadays?
observers here say this is Prissy, perhaps, perhaps not.
