I'll make my prediction here, so write this down for accuracy comparisons.
We will have numerous posts about the following topics in 2012...
Provider Rates and why they are charging too much.
Dirty asses and smelly breath.
Provider X ranting about a negative review from Client Y.
Client Y ranting about a loan given to Provider X going bad.
How similar this place is to the ASPD of old.
BBFS and STD's.
Favorite Position posts by providers trying to get their names out there.
Strangest place you've bumped uglies (see above).
Rants on why some providers will not see black men.
And last but not least... Retirements by Providers and Clients alike with ads and reviews by said people a few weeks or months later.
Those are my predictions for 2012....

The 1012 theory is rampant right now with all of the Hollywood hoopla, but all it means is change, to quote our misguided administration.
I am rather amused by the theory that another huge meteor will hit the earth somewhere in the Pacific. Why else would the bush family buy land in northern Paraguay other than to be sheilded by the Andes from a cataclismic tidal wave. ( the Paraguay land deal is true, but the meteor? )
The age of Pisces is ending and the age of Aquarius is upon us, that is, if you subscribe to the Pagan astrological mythos.

Hey, it's not a tinfoil hat. It's an aluminum foil deflector beanie.

Sounds like Gneiss Guy is trying to convince HIMSELF moreso than others.
I'll openly admit I have no clue what'll happen in 2012, but to spit in the face of scientists and astronomers is a bit laughable. It's not like they do this stuff on their lunch break from their accountant jobs. You weren't around 26,000 years ago. You don't know how the Earth acted the last time it was in this position.
Back when Y2K was going on, I thnk I might've been fearful for all of about 30 seconds, but that fear was based on wondering if my bank account will suddenly go to 0 and will I have electricity. But this stuff is considerably different. We're talking changes of where the Earth is on a cosmic level. Yeah, it'd be great to wake up on Dec 22, 2012 to a beautiful, sunny day heading into Christmas, but I'm not going to pretend that people who devote their lives to this scientific/astronomical shit are fools, considering my level of knowledge is lightyears behind theirs.
Oh, but go ahead. Tell me I'M an idiot because buying in to what they're saying. Unless you were here 26,000 years ago and knew exactly what happened back then, I think it's fair to be remotely passive.

I also seem to reacall that about 25 years ago California was due to fall off into the Pacific. I haven't been to CA for 4 or 5 years. Who knows? Maybe it did.

Climate Changes? Why do people think that climate change is impending doom. I am not going to check all the factual sources atm, if you really want to know do your due diligence. There have been climate shifts for thousands of years. Mini-ice ages, droughts, monsoons, etc. It is the natural course of what the world does. Mini ice ages effected things like Napoleans march into Russia, Stradivarius creations (colder climate made the wood more dense), the winter of George Washington in Valley Forge. Ok I lied here is a link. [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Little_Ice_Age"]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Little_Ice_Age[/ame]
Stop believing all the "Gloom and Doom hype" It's all designed to sell or get our attention. Now do some of these people actually believe in it, yes. Do I think what we do with pollution effects our environment, yes. However, the pollution does effect our environment its not as large as a scale everyone says it is. Its the natural course of our climate. First it was pollution is causing dry spells, then it was El Nino, next it will be too cold, too hot, too whatever. Please stop believing all the bull that is out there. Do your own research from credible sources and facts.
Ok my rant is done here. Now everyone please live your lives the best you can, the fullest you can, everyday.

The Earth will burst into flames and the Moon will crash into us.
All life on Earth will end and nothing will be able to save us.
I will reap all of you non-believers souls and have a big party.
There. Now doesn't that make everyone feel better?

No. You left out the part where the Earth falls out of orbit and spins into the Sun.
