if they were non violent and were just scooped up while a violent offender was being picked up I dont see much of an issue. The goal is to round up the violent offenders first. That is who needs to be gone now.

that part of current immigration regulations needs to be removed. to basically say "we'll let you break the law by illegally entering then after 364 days you can wash away your crime of illegal entry" is one of the reasons we have such an issue with illegals entering the US

Congress will. what makes you think they won't? spending has been set for the short term. and as you know an incoming president inherits the previous admin's spending bill.

call me when Trump's first spending goes in effect and see if Trump isn't helping ICE. that day won't happen.

if local police are deputized by a federal agency they are now federal resources. even if it's temporary, they are still federal resources.


your claim Congress needs to act now ignores that they have already passed a funding bill and will soon take up a new spending under Trump as his first budget as president. let's see how that goes before any claims Congress has left Homan without resources.
