They had less customers due to CBP One.
This juiced price and volume for the coyotes. You can find articles touching on this from Nov 6 through last week.
As for hurting the U.S.? No. Part of abiding by our laws includes honoring those pertaining to asylees and refugees.
Deeming folks who aren't illegals as illegals and treating them as other or less than is unChristian and unAmerican. That's part of Petro's bitch with us.
If we want to change our laws let's do it. Not by executive fiat. And not by depriving others of their basic human dignity

When you supported jailing trespassers for years was fine, your tears now fall in a river.
Washed away.
We don't care.

Have been for decades. Jan 6th a different animal. Start a thread, we can dance on the FAFO principle of being in an armed mob vs misdemeanor illegal presence.
Should be a fun convo

No, your values change as you see fit.
Laws matter, or not.
Fair prosecution matters or not.
Fan boy today, hater tomorrow, nope.

Gave you the chance. That's what many Colombians were looking for.

As for those values, remember that they include but aren't limited to.
Reagan wasn't wrong.
We also have values enshrined on the Statue of Liberty.
Our capacity to assimilate, grow and lead is still there. Republicans used to understand what that meant. To respect freedom and creativity. And to roll up our sleeves and do the hard work and be the example.
When Petro is the better Christian and sounds more like Reagan than we do, you know Trump's lost the plot and you've lost your way.
Don't care for Reagan? How about Franklin?
Let's see how deep your knowledge goes regarding the context of that quote and how it applies in common parlance vs the original situation that led to its creation

What total BS. If Petro and Columbia is so great then why aren’t people flocking to migrate there. Does Colombia have an illegal immigrate issue, no.
Again total BS.
Americans welcome legal immigration not people jumping the line. F illegals!

Chase, that's a couple different strawman.
Don't confused Petro being right about defending the dignity of his citizens when they are deported with him being great. Or that Colombia is great.
Colombia does have immigrstion problems of its own, but that's immaterial to how the Colombians were treated or how Donnyboy overreacted to manufactured a way to look tough instead of respecting our values.

They spent a few hours on an uncomfortable plane ride. Boo fucking hoo. Don’t sneak into a foreign country next time.

12 hrs. Handcuffed and shackled. Inadequate water. Unable to use restrooms. There were multiple medical incidents reported. Show us that they snuck in and what specific laws were violated. And what the women and [redacted] were guilty of.
Jesus would have been apalled.

Love the coordinated angle of the left using Christianity to promote guilt as a motivator for illegals.
If you can be legally deported, I hope you are removed from the US.

Eh, replace can with should. We have a heart and are a Christian nation. And a budget we need to prioritize for deportations. Need to focus on the true bad hobbies before the extra mild bad hobbies or Homan will run out of money and those true bad hombres will have more time being bad hobbies in thus country.
Let's not forget about fiscal responsibility or we'll need to borrow more from China to fund our deportation flights.

With DOGE shutting down funding to the NGOs, which should be illegal when they do things the Fed Gov can’t, and exposing the fraud with USAID, Homan may have a bigger piggy bank than expected.

That money isn't allocated to be used for deportation flights to Colombia. Congress is needed.

There’s ways around that.
Maybe set up and fund some new NGOs with very philanthropic names like “1st class flights to central and South America to promote family reunions.”
