I’ve been forced to sit through multiple in-person DEI trainings over the last few years.

When I had an instructor tell us all white people are racist and systemic racism aka, white supremacy holds others back I was done. And it’s time to stand up against what I believe is a racist program. This is a topic for a different thread, but the western world has been far too polite for too long. Voices need heard to preserve western culture.

In addition I believe DEI has parts that go against traditional meritocracy related to capitalism and has components that promote equal outcomes which is a form of socialism. No thank you.
