A hearing that they won’t show up for.

More like a hearing they have to wait 12 to 18 months for - if they ever even get one. Some have been waiting for 4+ years. What's the point?

LOL!
This is absolutely hilarious! Comedy gold.
First you admonish me not to "condescend" to you (I didn't).
Then you smear the entire Latino community as being predominantly "stupid" and voting "against their own best interests"!
Well, ain't that special? Tommy here thinks he knows what is in the "best interests" of Latinos better than they do! I haven't heard anything more thoroughly condescending since Joe Biden told Charlamagne tha God if you don't vote for me "then you ain't black" lol!
I hope you keep it up, tommy. Seriously. This is why Dims keep losing elections. Voters may seem dumb to you, but they can smell your smug, insufferable condescension a mile away!
Thanks for the entertainment, dude.

Now you're finally getting somewhere. This is the most valid and actually on-point thing you've said on this topic.
And, a fundamental underpining of expulsions vs deportations
Is still a bit iffy on how asylum works though

So we’re clear, the stupid ones are defined as any Latino who voted for Trump?

11 Things You Should Never Say to a Mexican, Ever
‘Estupido’ (stupid)
I’m sure you can think of many more offensive words in English than stupid. But the Spanish equivalent, “estupido,” is much more powerful and shouldn’t be used lightly. Never call anyone else “estupido” and avoid using it in any context, even when referring to yourself and those stupid little mistakes we all make from time to time.
Edit to add.
Chi Chi is watching what you say next.

Yes. He told them to their faces that he would deport them. If that's not stupid, nothing is. Stephen Miller doesn't care if they're here legally or not, by the way.
Entonces sí, increíblemente estúpido.

Seen this before.

a comment like this just shows how far off reality your hate is . not to mention how your comment devalues the seriousness of the murderous hate and the atrocities that took place.
anyone who feels that way , at that level of hate is equal to the hate that drove the trains that lead to the camps. that hate will eventually devour you just like it did those who participated in these acts.
to throw out a comment like that not only is disgusting to the jewish people but should be to any american.

When and where did trump say he was going to deport all Latinos?
Given that it’s illegal for non-citizens to vote, and democrats all claim that they do not, by democrat logic it’d be impossible for Trump to have told ~any~ voter that they’d be deported.
