It's no longer up for debate...
The things Conservatives have been saying all along (and the tards have argued with) regarding COVID and its origins were true.
The House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic has released damning findings about the U.S. response to COVID-19.
Here are the key takeaways:
COVID ORIGINS
A lab-related incident in Wuhan, China, involving gain-of-function research, is the most likely source of the virus.
U.S. taxpayer money, funneled through EcoHealth Alliance, allegedly funded this dangerous research.
VACCINES
Contrary to early promises, COVID-19 vaccines did not fully stop virus transmission.
Mandates, however, still upended lives and livelihoods, creating widespread frustration and backlash.
ECONOMIC DISASTER
The pandemic caused 160,000+ business closures, with 60% of them permanent, and skyrocketing unemployment.
SCHOOL CLOSURES
“Prolonged closures” were unjustified by science, leading to historic learning loss, higher mental health issues, and declining physical well-being for kids.
GOVERNMENT FAILURES
Federal and state governments were unprepared to manage relief funds or coordinate their COVID responses.
The Biden administration allegedly obstructed investigations, with key officials, like Dr. Fauci’s advisor, accused of policy violations and misleading Congress.
LOL.... liberals always wrong when it counts.
Just as I wrote all along.. the US taxpayer funded COVID.. and got fcuked by the bureaucrats.

Covid ruined everything. The worst thing was that it spawned only fans. And all these apps like cash app.
So now all these simps send women free money and now now women have bigger egos than ever.

Just because Trump was elected doesn’t mean his (and your) lies and conspiracies about the pandemic are true. Or right.
You got more votes than Harris. That’s all. You didn’t get medical degrees. Or likely any higher degrees, according to the demographics of the electorate.
I don’t recall science being on the ballot. Or medicine. Or law. Or the constitution. Or any of that shit you boyz think you overturned by electing Trump.
This only means Trump gets another chance to make America great. He failed miserably the first time. Hope he does better this time.
But that won’t make your imbecilic conspiracies true.

Other govt agencies have differing opinions on the origin.
But by all means trust the house sub committees findings.

Also in the op post.
Vaccine didn't fully stop the transmission of covid.
I don't recall ANYONE claiming that the vaccine would do that.

Guess you didn't watch the news. As for me, I did watch the news I didn't forget hearing that, or the wildly overexaggerated efficacy rates. I won't let the news or the establishment fool me again. Covid, and the vaccine was a bigger lie than "Hillary will win this time" and "trump is gonna be imprisoned/impeached/dead/whatever"
I guess this is why people believe so many lies.
It's because of memory loas.

Wait a hairy second! What if...
...they named a co-author of the Great Barrington Declaration as head of NIH?!?
That could be a thing. AmmIrite?!?

Trump Taps Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, Co-author of ‘Great Barrington Declaration,’ to Lead NIH

by Suzanne Burdick, Ph.D.
November 27, 2024
President-elect Donald J. Trump late Tuesday nominated Jay Bhattacharya, M.D., Ph.D., professor of health policy at Stanford’s School of Medicine, to lead the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
The NIH — the “nation’s medical research agency” — oversees 27 separate institutes and centers and controls a budget of nearly $48 billion. It is a division of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
“I am thrilled to nominate Jay Bhattacharya, MD, PhD, to serve as Director of the National Institutes of Health,” Trump announced on X. “Dr. Bhattacharya will work in cooperation with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to direct the Nation’s Medical Research, and to make important discoveries that will improve Health, and save lives.”
Bhattacharya, a vocal critic of COVID-19 lockdowns and a champion of academic freedom, said on X that he is “honored and humbled” by the nomination.
“We will reform American scientific institutions,” he wrote, “so that they are worthy of trust again and will deploy the fruits of excellent science to make America healthy again!”...

Whining and cryin', every hour - whine is bitter, grapes are sour!
Yer insults - a rather bad optic, please try to stay - On Topic!
It's the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic
brought the findings - NOT the OP. ... Trump, the election
and hostile views have nothing to do with the findings of
the House Subcommittee.

This is suspected but not proven. Plenty of people in the scientific community have disputed this. I personally think that a zoonotic source is more likely.

Only because the vaccine was politicized by conservative nut jobs, conservative media, and Donald Trump the person who first took credit for operation warp speed. Anti-vaxers and anti-maskers and the people who preyed upon their gullibility with remedies like hydroxychloroquine.

This I agree with. My business was killed by the work from home movement.

This is true but there would have been hell to pay if children started dying from covid. Plus again the issue was too politicized. It’s always easier to stay the course rather than be wrong and get death threats because Trump tweets and it’s reported on by talk radio and fox and friends.

Allegedly. If Republican leaders weren’t trying to make a name for themselves by being assholes maybe we would have better government. Trump and the MAGA movement would rather vilify their opponents and get press than actually govern. Conservatives would rather burn down the government than work to make it better.
For me this 500 page report is highly suspect. I think I’ll wait and see more coverage of the report from others. If it’s as bi partisan as claimed then some one more reputable than congress will have something to say about it.

It's your lucky Fuzzy Memory Wednesday day. Here's a couple things that I'm sure you recall with clarity:
Quote:
Former Pfizer VP: ‘Clear evidence of fraud’ in Pfizer study claiming 95% efficacy
October 3, 2021
...The article continues: “Vaccine efficacy is generally reported as a relative risk reduction (RRR). It uses the relative risk (RR)—ie, the ratio of attack rates with and without a vaccine—which is expressed as 1–RR. Ranking by reported efficacy gives relative risk reductions of 95% for the Pfizer–BioNTech, 94% for the Moderna–NIH, 91% for the Gamaleya, 67% for the J&J, and 67% for the AstraZeneca–Oxford vaccines...

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky Finally Admits Vaccinated Individuals Can Spread COVID Virus
by Jim Hoft Apr. 19, 2023
CDC Director Rochelle Walensky admitted to Congress on Wednesday that vaccinated individuals can spread the COVID virus. This is after spreading vaccine disinformation for over two years now.
This is contrary to her earlier statements on the COVID vaccine. She attributed this change to “an evolution of science.”
In December 2021, Walensky warned that vaccine misinformation was one of the biggest public health threats. She didn’t mention at the time that she was a leading spreader of the propaganda.
Walensky also previously admitted she learned of the effectiveness of the vaccines by watching far-left TV...

One of our very own Valued Posters was part of this fraud.
Quote:
Moderna and Pfizer Lost the Clinical Trial Control Group Testing Efficacy and Safety
...“Dr. Carlos Fierro, who runs the study there, says every participant was called back after the Food and Drug Administration authorized the vaccine.
“During that visit we discussed the options, which included staying in the study without the vaccine,” he says, “and amazingly there were people — a couple of people — who chose that.”
He suspects those individuals got spooked by rumors about the vaccine. But everybody else who had the placebo shot went ahead and got the actual vaccine. So now Fierro has essentially no comparison group left for the ongoing study. “It’s a loss from a scientific standpoint, but given the circumstances I think it’s the right thing to do,” he says.
People signing up for these studies were not promised special treatment, but once the FDA authorized the vaccines, their developers decided to offer the shots...

..Imma bet you were all up into the January 6th committee report though. AmmIrite?
The good news is: Trump, in his manganous wisdom and kindness, has bestowed an offering of putting a new leader over the NIH

This is bullshit. It was the fucking Democrats and their thoroughly dishonest leftist media allies who POLITICIZED the tragedy from the get-go. They didn't even try to hide it. They wrote articles back in early 2020 instructing everyone to "turn covid into Trump's Katrina". Remember that, txdot? I do.
Think about it. A pandemic was killing hundreds of thousands of Americans - and all they cared about was how to exploit it politically! What kind of morally depraved fucks even think like that? Democrats did - and still do!
Operation Warp Speed was a huge success. It rolled out effective vaccines in record time of 9 months. Everything was all teed up for Biden/Harris in Jan. 2021 thanks to Donald Trump. Remember how Kamala said she wouldn't take a vaccine that Trump was responsible for? Then of course she took it - and urged everyone else to. What a cunt!
I really don't give a fuck if you refuse to give the Donald any credit for Operation Warp Speed. Future historians will.

You are wrong about that. Plenty of people compared the covid response to Bush’s handling of Hurricane Katrina. No one was advocating for the president to fail. Your Liberal Derangement Syndrome just wants to see it that way.

Politicians are politicians. From their perspective everything is political. You are not wrong about that. The same can be said about the anti-vax, anti-science movement in the Republican party and how Republican politicians have politicized that. Ultimately that’s a greater danger to the long term health of the nation.

You are right, Harris was wrong about her vaccine statements There was a reason she lost the election.. But do you remember Trump getting in a car with his secret service detail while he was spreading covid around. Do you think that was responsible? What kind of message did that send to the American people when he did that.
I give credit where credit is due. The creators of the covid vaccines and the program that assisted them was a real coup for Trump. I just wish that he would have done the responsible thing and promoted it more rather than knuckle under to the vaccine skepticism in his own party.
This is what I’m talking about, take a look.
Trump leads, and his party follows, on vaccine skepticism
https://www.cnn.com/2024/09/30/healt...ews/index.html
Oh, look. Apparently it’s still up for debate.
